Who we are. Sole Trader AI Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales, company no. 17262977, registered office 9 Park Place, Newdigate Road, Harefield, Uxbridge, UB9 6EJ. We’re the data controller for the personal data below. Contact: info@soletraderai.co.uk.
What this covers. How we handle personal data when you visit soletraderai.co.uk or register your interest in our product. It doesn’t cover the Sole Trader AI app itself — that gets its own policy at launch.
What we collect, and why:
- If you register your interest: your email (and name, if given), so we can tell you when we launch and send occasional updates. Collected with your consent when you submit the form.
- If you email us directly: whatever you send, so we can reply — processed because it’s necessary to respond and it’s in our legitimate interest to answer enquiries.
- Website usage: we don’t currently use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy gets updated first.
Who we share it with. Klaviyo, our email platform, processes launch-list data on our instructions as our data processor. We don’t sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and never for advertising.
Where it’s stored. Klaviyo may store data outside the UK/EEA (e.g. the US); where that happens, standard legal safeguards apply as UK GDPR requires.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it’s no longer needed.
Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent any time (every email has an unsubscribe link), object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@soletraderai.co.uk. Unhappy with how we’ve handled it? You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Children. This site and product are for business use by adults; we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
Changes. We may update this policy as the business develops — the date at the top always shows the latest version.
